- Oxygen and spot-on flashlights as emergency repellent (clean the space and put affected bodies into EM-coffins / stew) - cloaka filling
- Tools/Explosives to open entrances (surface and underground)
- I would accompany the team to the opened underground to spread my light into this darkness
- Victim respond teams (could work at save hotels)
- Uninvolved citizens should arm themselves with sticks against invaders and stay inside their houses
