Use of the TETRA system by the police will lead to psychotronicaly controlled officers who may be totally controlled in any situation and are very useful for states of economic or social chaos where extreme and violent behaviour is needed without any conscious or moral compunction - so-called police robots.

The British Army are building an immensely expensive ultra-sophisticated version of HAARP, the US mind-control/weather-control weapon of mass destruction, in their large army base at Greek Cyprus. 200 metre antennae are being constructed, powered by megawatt power stations to fire pulse radio frequency at between 8 and 16 MHz. Apart from its use as over-the-horizon RADAR, the pulse modulation of the RF can be modulated at ELF frequency to mind control the surrounding countries. The British have stated it is targeted on Iran and Iraq and like the system in Norway, which can bounce RF off the ionosphere, the British version has the ability - like HAARP - to bounce its millions of Watts of 8MHz transmissions off the ionosphere to control the weather, destroy communication networks, and to violently upset whole populations by inducing ELF behavioural changes, neurological changes, and physical trauma. British computers can change the frequency to 16MHz, so it acts in its ionosphere back-scatter mode; this allows focussed beams of megawatt RF to be targeted on Baghdad, Tehran, Damascus...etc. In the 16MHz mode, the inhabitants of cities can literally be traumatised into submission, or so behaviourally disorganised that the city is made uninhabitable.

Precisely modulated microwave radiation is used to influence brain function. Human behaviour and reactions can be entirely controlled by using pulse modulated microwave EM radiation. Pulse modulated microwaves are useful as the carrier for the mind control signals as they are able to pass through the skull, which is rather resistant to low level EM. The massive number of microwave antennae that dot the country, some of which are used for the microwave phone network, all use pulse modulated microwaves, which makes their use for a strategic mind control device against the civilian population in times of trouble, or rioting, crucial to modifying the behaviour of the general population. In modern democracies it is no longer viable to shot rioters, or torture dissidents by normal means, as the bad publicity is self defeating. Thus, microwave weapons have been developed by the UK's military intelligence as they leave no marks, or gaping wounds. This pulse modulated microwave carrier beam can then be used to carry signals. These signals are extremely low frequency recordings of brain electrical potentials, which have been recorded by neuro-medical researchers such as Dr Ross Adey's. Dr Ross Adey's research at the Brain Research Institute of the University of California, was funded by the CIA. In their Pandora project a catalogue of different brain signals for specific actions, emotions and pathological states of mind were recorded. It was found that when microwaves were used to fire these signals at victims' brains, they experienced the moods, behaviour, and the pathological states, carried by the signals. This meant that by mimicking natural brain frequencies, the human brain could be controlled remotely by use of extremely low frequency broadcast carried by pulse modulated microwave beams (ELF pulse modulated microwave remote mind control technology).

Particular excitation potential, is then broadcast by pulse modulated microwave transmitter. This pulse modulated microwave beam has the ELF excitation potential frequency imprinted upon it. It was found that each behavioural set in humans has a distinctive frequency. There was one for anger, suicide, hysteria, trauma, serial killing, paranoia, lust, etc. Intelligence operatives in the UK regularly park microwave transmitters outside targets' houses and beam specific mood inducing excitation potentials at the victims. To aid them they have sophisticated millimetre wave scanners to look through the victims walls, so they can see the targets in their homes. Pulse modulated microwaves are directed at their victims' brains, while other people in their homes are oblivious of what is going on.

When firing microwave beams through walls at one target, every material in the way of the beam attenuates or modifies the intensity and frequency of the beam. Since precise frequencies and intensities are needed for mind control, very sophisticated microwave arrays and computer programmes had to be developed so that the microwave beam could be changed in response to the materials which lay between the target and the weapon, as the victim moved around his house. To do this, the reflectivity and refractivity of the materials had to be analysed in real-time and fed to a computer which could change the microwave array in concert with the changing environment between victim and weapon. There also had to be an automatic interrupter if another person walked in front of the beam. The victim needed to be driven mad or disabled, without anyone else being aware that they were being targeted. The technology for this was very complex but eventually it was perfected. Twenty-five or more scientists and military personnel associated with the Marconi project then died in mysterious circumstances. Intelligence regularly kill people to keep them quite. Maybe intelligence personnel killed the entire research team to keep such a diabolical weapon secret.

Intelligence chiefs are now in seventh heaven, if some one becomes a problem they get the 'suicide mind control team' parked outside their house. Within weeks, the victim kills himself. This is very phasing to the intelligence mandarins, as suicides are easy to explain away - even if the victim was a highly placed politician or military man. If the military intelligence agency does not wish you to commit suicide, they can drive you mad. This is done by beaming the excitation potential of a particular pathological mental state at your brain while you are at home. To aid in this, the intelligence operatives can place sounds and speech in the target victim's brain. This inter-cerebral hearing is used to drive the victim mad, as no one else can hear the voices transmitted into the brain of the target. Transmission of auditory data directly into the targets' brains using microwave carrier beams is now common practise. Instead of using excitation potentials, one uses a transducer to modify the spoken word into ELF audiograms, that are then superimposed on the pulse modulated microwave beam.

Discrediting well known people who are causing problems for the shadowy elite, by driving them mad, seems to be standard operating procedure for the intelligence community. Victims are subject to pulse modulated microwaves which carry different types of madness and behavioural abbreviations, encoded as ELF excitation potentials. This makes the troublesome high profile person, display manic or insane behaviour that discredits them.

The DIA research dates from 1976 and shows the dangers were known about over twenty years ago. Getting the public to pay for these microwave mind control devices, so their brains and behaviour can be damaged, to make them more docile and easy to control, was pure diabolical genius.

It is obvious that a total policing of the population by means of UHF, VHF, and microwave EM radiation, amongst others, is being used to keep the UK population in a docile and submissive mental state. Mental confusion can also be added to the signal for working class inner city areas to keep them docile and confused. A land of stultified zombies, who are mind controlled to make them docile and unable to think clearly. Subversives are habitually targeted with microwaves to drive them mad or make them fatally ill.

We are surrounded by a sea of biophysical fields, and the so-called collective unconscious is merely a merging of the biophysical fields of humans and other life-forms. But within this biophysical biosphere may exist remnants of deceased individuals' biophysical fields, which channellers are able to access in contacting the departed or spirit guides. It may also be that, within this biosphere, the biophysical fields of different species merge to form group minds; for example, of the tiger or the wolf. Shamans and witch doctors throughout history have reported these phenomena, but the scientific knowledge to comprehend what might be going on has been absent until today.

Within this framework, it is possible that aliens from other dimensions are able to gain access to our biophysical biosphere by tapping into the energy given off in human sacrifices, black magic rituals and such like, thus allowing malevolent aliens-the so-called demonic entities-into our realm. A study of this phenomenon indicates it could be one of the principal paranormal causes of world wars.

It may be no coincidence that, in their systematic studies of paranormal phenomena, some Theosophists and initiates of the Order of the Golden Dawn could have tampered unknowingly with forces that opened gateways to other dimensions, thus enabling malevolent biophysical fields to enter our milieu. Once here, these malevolent demonic entities could easily have entered the minds of the European leaders, provoking them into starting the First World War that would slay so many young men, and releasing so much life-force and negative emotion upon which they could feed.

Secret US research into electronic gateways to other dimensions may also be enabling entities to enter our continuum with a view to poisoning the consciousness of humanity in preparation for war.

There has been much anecdotal reference to a super-secret group in the US military which has developed the means of electronically scanning the brain to read the subvocalisation that passes through a targets mind. Synthetic telepathy, or electronic brain-scanning, would be a valuable tool for the US military. However, since the fall of the Soviet Union, it fears its own population more than foreign enemies.

The massive increase in mobile phones has enabled the UK security forces to use this network of transmitters to beam mind control signals into the brains of anyone living near these transmitters. Microwave phones use pulse modulated microwaves of the correct intensity to pass through the skull into the brain and control behaviour. Microwave transmitters are therefore the perfect medium for the transmission of ELF signals to mind control the UK population.

Woodpecker had been designed to alter the brain functions of Nato populations by using ELF modulated signals. It was found that these extremely low frequency waves could penetrate the skull and change brain patterns when broadcast at test victims - 6.66Hz makes the victim depressed, 11Hz can make a person manic and prone to riotous behaviour (see Appendices 3). Of particular interest to the KGB scientists were the brain-wave maps of pathological criminals, hopelessly depressed mental patients and socio-psychopaths who had no regard for anyone but themselves. The Soviets hoped to remap the neural networks in the brains of the entire western population.

The target to be remotely viewed was shown on a screen. Once the target had been located by psychic spying, the ELF induced brain-wave entrainment was modified to the frequency that had been mapped as optimum for remote influencing. A list of hypnotic commands was shown to the psi-adept, so that he or she could reprogramme the brain of the person being remotely viewed and influenced. If the person was to be remotely killed, the ELF signal for this was entrained in the psi-adept, enabling his or her power of telekinesis to be locked on to the body of the victim. With a psychotronic generator to power the psi-adept’s biophysical body, telekinesis to cause a brain embolism in the victim, or to knock them out telepathically, remote influencing was made possible, even over distances of thousands of miles. If the person was to be made ill, the specific frequencies that enabled the psi-adept to broadcast negative illness-inducing psionic energy was fed into his or her brain. Boosted by the psychotronic amplifier they were hooked up to, the Russian paranormal-warfare expert acted as a transmitter for negative energy; remote viewing was the target locator and remote influencing the way to focus this negative energy on the victim.

Now when a Western wageslave votes for one of these Demons in human form, the politician zombie, they of their own free will sign a contract giving full authority over them to a Demon. This immediately guarantees that they are trapped in the Cell Aeon from birth to death by signing away their Soul, the Faustian Pact of Dante. One can see that this is a case of retroactive Psychokinesis, changing the past using Psi so the quantum superimposition of alive and trapped in the Cell Aeon is collapsed to the dead state of trapped in the Cell Aeon, one’s body run by Greys or Demons.

Since every Illuminati, politician, general secret policeman, royalty… in the West is Demon possessed it burns the Demon in the zombie. This produces massive over stimulation of the neurones in the brain and nerve cell in the central nervous system, as well as massive release of chaotic neuropeptides and hormones in the Demon’s zombie.

Science fiction writers have not come close to the reality of the actual research undertaken since then. The aim was no less than to produce psychic agents, capable of visualizing top-secret sites and installations located thousands of miles away, reading the minds of their country’s enemies, intervening and altering thought processes, and even killing through psychic attack.

There has been some discussion recently about the prospects of being able to control the apport technique to a point of sophistication where individuals could control these “luminous clouds.” The individuals who have studied these effects (real or otherwise) have suggested that since these bodies can travel unlimited distances and are able to pass through solid material (walls), they might well be used to produce instant death in military and civilian officials. It is further conjectured that these bodies could disable military equipment or communications...

The theta state is important because it allows the normal person imprisoned in consensus reality to escape the shackles of the real world. The summation of everyone’s belief is amplified by their group psi-fields and the six billion people on the planet produce a very powerful psi-field that effectively hides paranormal phenomena.

As can be seen, remote viewing changes the whole nature of secrecy and enables the members of the general public to psychically view what they want. A world where there are no secrets, runs contrary to the rise of governmental surveillance of its citizens by monitoring all their phone calls, faxes, E-mail and the widespread use of bugging, video recognition systems, and computer files. If a member of the public can comfortably sit in their living room, and remotely view anything going on in the secret underbelly of government, then Big Brother can be psychically spied upon while he electronically spies on you. Thus remote viewing brings true equality to citizen and state which can enable true democracy.
