HELVETICACA I

Hiermit rufe ich offiziell und allgemein gültig den unabhängigen Freistaat Helveticaca aus, der sich vorläufig noch auf meinen direkten Wirkungsumkreis bezieht (und auch auf alle folgenden Helveticacas). Nach dem Vorbild der Utokratie wollen wir leben. Bei uns gilt internationales Recht/Gesetz und straffällige Verbrecher (besonders aus dem amtlich-korrupten Bereich) werden in ausländische Spezialknastrehakliniken verfrachtet und von ihren Leiden "geheilt". Ab sofort können Noch-Schweinzer Einbürgerungsanträge oder Einreisegesuche stellen. Der Aufbau von Helveticacaland wird finanziert mit den künftigen Schadensersatz- und Schmerzensgeldzahlungen (von mehreren hundert Milliarden CHF), die uns die Schweinzer Noch-Regierung für die ganzen "Umstände" schuldet (notfalls wird der CH-Staat gepfändet).
